At "Home" With Cannon

Since most of what we share is about our time on the road, out and about, seeing what we can while in travel mode, we figured some of you might enjoy highlights representing a kind of day-in-the-life look at what happens when we're just staying home completing chores, relaxing, or running errands in nearby towns.

Playing games and scribbling are some ways to pass the time as we make our way down the road to go grocery shopping. There is more time in the truck than before as most areas we stay in are a good distance from the larger stores.

The evening that brought an invitation to enjoy a movie with friends in their beautiful outside tent setup sure did spark a lot of joy for this kiddo. Thanks y'all!!

Although this could technically be considered an outing, it did not require loading up into the truck for a drive. This was taken on one of our walks along the Bethel Pathway. This path is connected to the campground. What a treat it has been!

Making vacuuming play time has not changed a bit. He has always loved this chore!

Here we have just a good time playing in a box. (Shhhhh! It's really a racecar.) They always seem to like the boxes more. (We just happened to catch a "box busting" moment and the expression that came with it)😲😆

Still can't get enough of those boxes. The adventure never ends!

It's reenactment time! You'll see the documentary on television behind him. Watching closely and acting out these history programs are daily activities around here especially following tours through exciting military museums, battlefields, and ships.
