Flume Gorge + Floating A Tube Down the Androscoggin

This natural gorge is found at the base of Mount Liberty in New Hampshire's Franconia Notch State Park. It is known locally simply as The Flume and boasts granite walls rising up to 90 feet high. Considering the walls are 12 to 20 feet apart, walking the 2 mile loop trail is a hike like no other. There are many gorgeous views to indulge in along the way. Wide gravel paths, rushing waterfalls, and beautiful staircases help to make this a very pleasant trek through one of New Hampshire's breathtaking attractions.

Another Androscoggin Adventure

Although we had enjoyed floating down the river a few times, we now had to experience it while riding in a tube. We may have enjoyed this mode of transportation the mostπŸ˜€

Getting ready to hit the water! Safety first!!

Staying put in the tube the entire time is not acceptable. Time to jump out and enjoy the water!
