San Diego Zoo

"Rex's Roar" Where do you go to find the most visited zoo in all of the United States? Yes! San Diego!! When greeted by Rex, the lion behind the inspiration that opened this extraordinary place in 1916, you can be sure you're in the right place. Join us today on these stunning 100 acres of Balboa Park🌞 Let's hope our energy level is at least better than this little one as he drops his head to rest after that "big climb" down. Can you say, "Adorable?!?!"😳 Don't we all want to book a flight to Australia after that cuteness? Let's try to keep it going with the "smile" below! Gorgeous!! β˜ƒβ˜ƒβ˜ƒβ˜ƒβ˜ƒβ˜ƒβ˜ƒβ˜ƒβ˜ƒβ˜ƒβ˜ƒ On to the Polar Rimβ›„ 🚠🚠🚠🚠🚠🚠🚠🚠🚠🚠🚠🚠🚠🚠🚠🚠🚠🚠🚠 Before boarding the Skyfari Aerial Tram for high-flying fun and photo ops, we'll share this South African native  along with a few more coastal Fynbos beauties. Skyfari at sunset anyone? Let's do it!! πŸ’¦Check out the waterfall way down belowπŸ’¦ Just when it might be ...

Grand Canyon

Considering no introduction is needed here, we'll jump right into the moments we were fortunate to have captured while we let Grand Canyon National Park amaze us. Right before getting in, the "grab the camera" excitement had already begun. These elk said "Welcome!"πŸ˜€ We watched them for a bit then headed to be stunned by the following landscape. The Colorado River looks so tiny down there.  Let's get a closer lookπŸ‘€ Ready for one more view before naptimeπŸ˜‚ Grand Canyon!! Yeah!!!

Zion National Park

Image
Coming in at the very top on Utah's list of most visited national parks and third on the entire nation's we have Zion National Park. Since it is rated so high, one must be prepared to battle crowds at every turn. Even that, though, could not overshadow Zion's beauty. Cannon is gaining photography skills as he backs up to frame Mom & Dad in this one while we all do the park sign shuffle😁 And he sweetly poses in front of the camera for his own shots. With the formality all taken care of, let's jump in! Zion Wildlife sightings always make our heart skip a beat! It's time for some tunnel fun! If we have to be walled in, we choose this way.  Let's hike! The reward...... Sadly, sometimes you just have to exit the park. Check out those winding roads beneath us😲 Just when we thought the day was done amazing us, we turned our gaze to the right to behold these great creatures. Nice bonus!! Thanks again Utah!! You are pretty spectacular!
